Principle 2: Honesty, integrity and fairness

The Company and its staff are fully committed to the principles of honesty, integrity and fairness in the delivery of services to the public and their clients.

All Company employees ensure that commercial transactions, requests for services, purchases or hiring of staff are handled in an open, fair and impartial manner.

This Charter sets out the standards of conduct expected of all staff as well as the Company policy on accepting benefits and managing conflict of interest in the course of official duties.

This Charter shall also apply to temporary and part-time staff employed by the Company.

Principle 3: Equal opportunities for all employees

The company is an employer committed to the principle of equal access to employment.

Employment opportunities are available to all, regardless of age, colour, sex, religion, nationality, disability or any other legally protected status.

This principle applies to all aspects of the employment relationship, including recruitment, hiring, training, assignment, promotion, transfer, termination and administration of wages and salaries.

Principle 4: Safety and health practices

The Company is committed to providing a workplace free of injury and disease, operated in an environmentally friendly manner and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations that protect worker safety and the environment.

Employees carry out their work in all safety.

Principle 5: Fair competition

It is company policy to prohibit any anti-competitive practices that may limit, restrict or distort competition, as well as any unfair competition practices.

As a result, our employees cannot agree (formally or informally) with competitors on prices or any other trading conditions; limit or control production, marketing, technical development or investment; manipulate or divide markets or sources of supply; participate in false offers in the context of tenders or any other form of competitions; limit or restrict market access and freedom of competition for other enterprises; apply unequal conditions for equivalent performance to trading partners, thereby creating a competitive disadvantage; condition the signing of acceptance contracts by trading partners with additional obligations which, by their nature or according to commercial usage, have no connection with the subject matter of such agreements.

It is forbidden for our employees to perform any act of unfair competition taking the form of: misappropriation of customers of a company by using the relations established with these customers within the framework of the function previously exercised within the company; dismissal or attracting employees of a company in order to create a competing company and divert this company's customers or hire employees of a company in order to disrupt its work.

At the same time, our employees must not take measures that undermine the legitimate interests of consumers or other activities contrary to competition law.

Principle 6: Governance and anti-corruption

The Company has no tolerance for corruption.
Employees must never offer to provide anything of value, directly or indirectly, to government officials and business partners in order to obtain an undue advantage.

The company prohibits payment, offers of payment and anything of value directly or indirectly for the purpose of influencing or obtaining an unfair commercial or personal advantage.

Third parties will only be hired to perform duties that are in the best interests of the company, provided that the fees to be paid are reasonable, that all arrangements are clearly documented and that the arrangements are in accordance with the company's policies.
